Manager, International Social Media

About the role

The National Hockey League is seeking a Manager, International Social Media to lead the creation and execution of social content across key global markets. You will work closely with the Director of International Social Media and external agency partners to expand the league’s reach and engage fans worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize social media content for markets such as Europe, Germany, Australia, China, and Spanish‑language audiences.
• Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute content that drives awareness for international broadcasts, Global Games, fan events, and grassroots initiatives.
• Coordinate asset delivery and information sharing with internal teams, NHL clubs, local leagues, and broadcast partners.
• Analyze social performance, website traffic, and digital metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable reporting to inform strategy and optimize engagement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional social media experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of hockey and passion for expanding the game globally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
