Manager / Senior Manager - SAP SuccessFactors & HR Transformation

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing HR Transformation Team in Switzerland. You will combine SAP SuccessFactors expertise with broader HR transformation capabilities, lead complex client engagements, support business development and help shape how emerging technologies such as AI and digital agents create value in HR. Your expertise may lie in Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management or Talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programmes for national and international clients
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology, digital HR and workforce transformation
• Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across one or more modules
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead project teams and contribute to the delivery of complex engagements
• Support business development, client pursuits, proposal development and RFP responses
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital agents can improve HR processes and employee experiences

Required profile

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology transformation initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in business development and long-term client relationships
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the role of AI in HR
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
• Fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French or Italian)
