Talent Acquisition Partner Internship

About the role

Join Roche’s Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern and gain hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting. You will work closely with senior partners to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and university alumni networks.
• Draft, format, and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes to identify candidates meeting basic qualifications.
• Coordinate phone, video, and in‑person interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Maintain candidate profiles in Workday and ensure data accuracy.
• Support reporting on recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a Master’s program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; conversational German is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
• High level of empathy and genuine passion for connecting with people.
