Manager - Tax Consultant

About the role

Join PwC Switzerland’s growing Tax & Legal practice as a Manager – Tax Consultant. You will lead Swiss tax advisory and compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that encourages ownership and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Swiss tax advisory and compliance projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying additional opportunities and shaping long‑term relationships.
• Provide technical expertise on complex tax matters, including structuring and transaction support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing overall team capability.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the expansion of the tax practice.

Required profile

• Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in tax consulting with deep technical knowledge of Swiss tax matters.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory services.
• Experience leading teams or managing complex project workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to contribute to a growing team.
