Marketing & AI Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & AI Intern to join our fast‑moving Zurich team. You will combine marketing tasks with the exploration of AI tools to create smarter workflows and engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and schedule LinkedIn posts, carousels, videos and campaign assets in German and English.
• Create visual content using Canva and AI‑powered design platforms.
• Maintain website content, basic SEO and our job board.
• Support testing and implementation of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.
• Research new software, automations and productivity tools to improve marketing and recruiting processes.
• Track content performance, support CRM data quality and keep the digital asset library up to date.

Required profile

• Ongoing studies or recent degree in marketing, communications, business, information systems or a related field.
• Native or near‑native German and fluent English.
• Strong curiosity for technology, AI and automation, with a proactive mindset.
• Availability of 40‑60% (at least two fixed days per week onsite in Zurich).
