Marketing & Go-to-Market Internship (80-100%)

About the role

Ambit IQ is a team of engineers helping enterprise companies put AI into practice, combining advisory work with its own platform. It is looking for a full-time (80-100%) marketing intern in Zurich/Winterthur, starting as soon as possible and lasting 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent role afterwards.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the marketing strategy and brand guidelines into finished content: LinkedIn posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters and customer stories.
• Organise events, including full-day workshops with engineers and industry experts, from planning and invitations to on-site coordination and the recap.
• Write and edit in German and English so that everything sounds like the company.
• Keep the content calendar running and track what performs.
• Work with the founders and engineers to turn complex technical work into stories people want to read.
• Propose ideas for improving content and events.

Required profile

• Recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, or has finished coursework and only has the bachelor's or master's thesis left.
• Excellent written and spoken German and very good English.
• Strong writing skills: able to make a complex topic clear and interesting.
• Enthusiasm for organising events and a curious interest in AI and technology; a technical background is a plus but not required.
• Reliable and structured, taking ownership of agreed directions.
