Marketing Manager – Payments & Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving payments and fintech environment in Switzerland. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing process, from concept through delivery, while ensuring alignment with commercial goals and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, roadmaps, KPIs and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Serve as the primary contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑based recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure activities support broader business objectives.
• Apply payment industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Strong understanding of the payments or fintech sector and related regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
