Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization based in Switzerland. In this role you will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategic ideas into coordinated, on‑time campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task trackers for several concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Identify risks or blockers early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by prioritising work, coordinating workflows and translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, milestones and capacity using tools like Jira and Notion.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimising processes and contributing to post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations or a similar coordination role.
• Previous experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or another fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira.
• Experience using collaboration platforms like Notion.
