We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Team Lead to drive global go‑to‑market campaigns for innovative open‑source and enterprise solutions. This remote‑first position works in a fast‑growing technology environment and collaborates closely with product, sales, content, and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market strategies and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with growth targets.
• Partner with product, sales, partner, and content teams to craft positioning, messaging, and customer‑focused assets.
• Drive product launches, awareness campaigns, demand‑generation, and growth programs across global markets.
• Design and manage marketing experiments, performance tracking frameworks, and data‑driven optimization.
• Conduct campaign reviews to improve ROI, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and support other marketers, sharing best practices and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage complex projects, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, open‑source, or technology‑driven industries.
• Strong background in go‑to‑market strategy, integrated campaign management, and pipeline‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring marketers in cross‑functional settings.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating performance, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies, market trends, and fast‑paced global environments.
• Skilled stakeholder management, project coordination, and influencing distributed teams.
• Familiarity with account‑based marketing (ABM), ecosystem growth strategies, or open‑source business models is a plus.
