About the role

We are looking for a Middle People Partnering Specialist to join a fast‑scaling, international tech company in Switzerland. The role sits at the heart of the People function, ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to both employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, probation, performance reviews, internal mobility, check‑ins, and off‑boarding.
  • Administer HR processes and maintain data accuracy in HR systems such as HiBob and Jira.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between employees and management, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in recurring HR practices like 1:1 meetings, engagement surveys, and feedback cycles, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support employees in understanding policies, processes, and development opportunities to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
  • Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Required skills

  • Experience with HR systems such as HiBob.
  • Familiarity with Jira for workflow management.
