Migration Project Manager for UniField ERP

About the role

MSF is seeking a Migration Project Manager to lead the second workstream of the UniField ERP migration back to the core Odoo platform. This role will support the UniField Board’s objective to reduce risk and ensure the system remains fit‑for‑purpose for the organization’s finance and supply operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the migration activities for UniField across multiple Operational Directorates.
• Work closely with the core migration team and internal OD teams to align timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, system configuration and customisation are transferred correctly to the Odoo core.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and the UniField Board.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for end‑users during and after migration.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP migration projects.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian or non‑profit operational contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, inclusive environment.
