MTM Promoter – Luxury Made-to-Measure Sales

About the role

Thom Browne is seeking a dynamic MTM Promoter to drive growth of its Made‑to‑Measure business. You will be responsible for promoting the MTM product line, managing VIP client relationships, and supporting the brand’s sales objectives across Italy and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote MTM products and services and organize trunk shows throughout the season.
• Manage VIP clients and special order requests, providing problem‑solving support.
• Enter MTM orders via the Order Entry Portal and perform technical trainings.
• Analyse sales performance, processes and provide regular reporting after travel and at season end.
• Coordinate with customer service, operations and vendors to monitor production status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist the MTM Director with sample preparation for marketing, offer development, and claim handling.
• Propose actions to improve MTM business performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in luxury retail or MTM product development.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
• Strong business analysis and planning abilities.
• Passionate representation of the Thom Browne brand.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously.
