New Media Manager, Social and Community Growth

About the role

Join a fast‑moving blockchain ecosystem and lead social and community growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. You will own the full content lifecycle—from scripting and filming to editing, publishing and performance analysis—while turning complex blockchain developments into accessible stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑platform growth strategy, creating recurring video series and creative franchises.
• Produce high‑quality, platform‑native video content independently, responding quickly to trends and ecosystem news.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, founders and developers to expand reach.
• Design content strategies for major events, product launches and cultural moments.
• Analyse audience data, experiment with formats and integrate AI‑powered tools to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven success growing a YouTube channel or comparable long‑form video platform, with measurable results.
• Strong hands‑on video production skills and confidence appearing on camera or coordinating on‑camera talent.
• Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency culture and the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Excellent storytelling, writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.
• Use of AI tools for scripting, editing, thumbnail creation and analytics.
• Social media analytics and growth metrics (subscriber acquisition, watch time, engagement).
