Night Chef – Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie (Seasonal)

About the role

Join Kempinski’s iconic St. Moritz resort as a Night Chef for the 2026/2027 winter season. Working independently during night hours, you will ensure seamless kitchen operations, support breakfast service, and manage the 24‑hour room‑service menu.

Key responsibilities

• Independent night‑time kitchen work
• Daily mise en place for breakfast service
• Support the breakfast team as needed
• Manage the 24‑hour room‑service menu from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Maintain quality standards and follow specified recipes
• Ensure proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines

Required profile

• Completed chef training with several years in a high‑end 5‑star restaurant
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and high quality awareness
• Structured, organised working style
• Enjoyment of night‑shift work
• Very good German and English language skills
