Part-Time Concierge for Premium Airline Customers

About the role

Air Canada is seeking a part‑time Concierge Agent to deliver personalized, high‑quality service to Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, other top‑tier members and Signature class passengers. Working in the airport environment, you will be the first point of contact for premium travelers, ensuring their journey is smooth and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge premium customers at check‑in, escorting them to the lounge when needed.
• Assist arrivals and departures with ticketing, upgrades, connections, baggage retrieval and last‑minute arrangements.
• Support gate operations by boarding premium passengers efficiently.
• Meet and welcome premium guests in the lounge and coordinate with the 24/7 Concierge Desk.
• Network with global concierge agents and local partners such as hotels and other airlines.
• Provide solutions during irregular operations and maintain daily activity reports.
• Log issues, follow up on resolutions and collaborate with concierge groups for high‑profile customer support.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel; experience using the ALTEA reservations system.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism (asset) and prior experience in a similar concierge or premium‑service role (asset).
• Ticketing knowledge and ability to travel for seminars or training.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to obtain an airport pass and wear the Air Canada uniform.
• Excellent written and oral German and English; French and additional languages are a plus.
