About the role
Capacity is seeking a reliable General Administrator to keep the office running smoothly on a part‑time basis. You will be present each weekday morning, ensuring the workspace is organized, welcoming, and fully operational while providing light finance and administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the office mailbox and scan incoming documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and finance‑related tasks.
- Maintain daily office readiness, including kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared areas.
- Oversee printer and shredder supplies, ensuring functionality.
- Manage consumables such as coffee, paper goods, and other office supplies.
- Coordinate minor repairs, facility issues, and liaise with external service providers.
- Support sub‑tenant requests and facilitate simple in‑office initiatives.
- Help organize internal events and foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable interacting with vendors and external partners.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to be present each weekday morning.
- German language skills are a plus.
