Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search

About the role

As the Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search you will own the paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for multiple markets, driving commercial results and scaling new acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute paid search strategy for the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets, managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Google Demand Gen campaigns.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms, measuring acquisition cost, conversion, revenue and ROI.
• Build and run testing roadmaps for keywords, audiences, creative, product feeds and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Partner with marketing, product, creative and analytics teams to strengthen tracking and the customer journey.
• Use AI tools and platform automation to accelerate research, analysis and execution while ensuring accurate health claims.
• Develop and test additional paid channels such as native advertising and scale successful approaches.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on paid search experience in an international setting with budget responsibility.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to improve conversion rates, acquisition efficiency and ROI across multiple markets.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Google Ads.
• Strong working experience with Microsoft Advertising.
• Proficiency with AI tools and platform automation for marketing.
• Experience with performance forecasting and media planning.
