Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

About the role

As the Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social you will own Hilo's paid social strategy and execution across key markets, turning customer insights into high‑performing ad concepts while ensuring health claims are accurate and approved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages in partnership with creative and product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation on Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and ROI, turning findings into actionable decisions.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal teams to ensure advertising claims are accurate and approved.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, setting priorities and ensuring continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on paid social experience in an international setting with direct ownership of campaigns and budgets.
• Strong creative strategy skills and a data‑driven approach to testing and decision‑making.
• Ability to adapt messaging across markets while keeping the brand consistent.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when working with sensitive health topics.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and other relevant social advertising platforms.
• Creative hypothesis development and ad concept testing.
• Conversion rate optimisation and ROI‑focused campaign management.
