Perfumes Sales Trainer (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Perfumes Sales Trainer to cover a maternity leave within our Regional Perfume Europe & Africa team in Neuchatel. As a BVLGARI perfume ambassador you will design, organise and deliver fragrance training programmes that align with brand guidelines and support business growth across Europe and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, Global Training & Retail Excellence, and Marketing/Sales teams to identify training needs and define a regional training strategy.
• Adapt global training materials to local specificities and enhance existing support documents.
• Deliver on‑site coaching to client advisors to boost sales, market share and brand image.
• Conduct “in‑class” product information sessions and reinforce the brand’s Art of Selling methodology at points of sale.
• Manage all logistical aspects of training sessions, including locations, materials, invitations and tools.
• Participate in Train‑the‑Trainer programmes, share learnings with management and provide regular feedback reports.
• Monitor training and travel expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and resource optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training role within a luxury retail environment, preferably in fragrance or cosmetics.
• Proven experience coaching sales teams and a solid understanding of the perfume industry.
