Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimise growth and margin for hotel products.
• Analyse performance data, track revenue and margin trends, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading margin and adapt pricing tactics accordingly.
• Create and run pricing tests to refine optimal pricing approaches.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on conversion rates and customer acquisition.
• Monitor competitor pricing activities and industry innovations.

Required profile

• Experience in pricing and revenue management, preferably within the hotel or travel industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• At least 1 year of experience working in the travel sector.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
