Procurement Manager - HR Services

About the role

The Procurement Manager – HR Services will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in HR, Legal and Finance, driving procurement transformation across the Human Capital landscape. Based in Zurich, you will lead sourcing initiatives for Managed Service Providers and a broad range of HR services such as recruitment, payroll, benefits and HRIS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for complex HR categories, focusing on MSP models, recruitment and HRIS.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR business goals with innovative sourcing and commercial strategies.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including market benchmarking, RFx management and supplier selection for global clients.
• Structure, negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts and develop pricing models tailored to service‑based categories.
• Drive strategic vendor performance and innovation through rigorous relationship‑governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management‑consulting environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing HR services and strong knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) models.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract drafting and total‑cost‑of‑ownership modelling.
• Exceptional ability to influence and advise senior executives within a global matrix organization.
• Full professional fluency in English and German.
