Product Manager – Pharma Cold‑Chain Platform

About the role

SkyCell is looking for a Product Manager to lead the operational and quality‑release layers of its pharma cold‑chain platform. You will shape a solution that moves the supply chain from reactive firefighting to proactive, audit‑ready shipments, leveraging AI‑driven technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for real‑time cold‑chain operations and product release.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and other product managers to bring features to market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats.
• Prioritise product features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations and standards throughout development.
• Analyse performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions to improve user satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and build strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven product management experience in the pharmaceutical or supply‑chain sector.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into product features.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with real‑time monitoring, alerting and control‑tower operations.
• Understanding of pharma cold‑chain regulations and quality‑release processes.
