About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Engineering to lead converter system projects from the sales/tender phase through to completion. You will ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, time and budget requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Develop technical solutions during sales and tender phases.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
- Track milestones, manage risks and implement mitigation measures.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of project execution experience in an engineering environment.
- Proven track record managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Required skills
- Power systems knowledge.
- Converter systems experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantage).
