Quality Systems & Supplier Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Systems & Supplier Quality Manager will own a single quality system across EHGEH Group’s production streams in Nyon, Switzerland and Houston, Texas. The role ensures identical quality standards, specifications, and records at both sites, supporting certification and warranty requirements for fuel cell power systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a common QMS covering both Nyon and Houston, including ISO 9001 certification in the US.
• Harmonise product specifications, control plans, inspection criteria and acceptance standards across sites.
• Implement in‑process quality controls for fuel‑cell stack assembly (cleanliness, leak testing, torque, compression, alignment).
• Manage supplier quality for a global supply base, including qualification, audits, first‑article inspection and ongoing performance.
• Oversee contract manufacturing and assembly partners, conducting audits, quality agreements and source inspections.
• Lead NCR and CAPA processes, ensuring findings are applied consistently at both locations.
• Maintain traceability and product records from raw material to delivered system.
• Coordinate certification activities for European and US markets, working with external certification partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning quality across multiple manufacturing sites, preferably in different countries.
• Hands‑on experience with in‑process and incoming quality, control plans, inspection methods and process capability.
• Supplier quality expertise, including audits and qualification.
• Strong structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of product certification processes for regulated energy or power equipment.
• Ability to work across time zones and influence remote sites.
