Receptionist – Front‑Office Hospitality Specialist

About the role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist delivers a premium, five‑star hospitality experience that reflects EFG International’s standards. You will manage front‑desk operations, provide switchboard support, and handle a range of administrative tasks in a dynamic private‑banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct visitors, escorting them to lounges and offering refreshments.
• Maintain security by issuing visitor badges, monitoring access and reporting suspicious activity.
• Set up and restore lounges and conference rooms, ensuring they meet corporate quality standards.
• Organise and book meeting rooms, support internal events, and arrange catering for meetings.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with internal regulations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, keep reception areas clean, and resolve minor issues with service providers.
• Prepare welcome packs and assist with induction days for new clients or staff.

Required profile

• Successfully completed commercial education.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in hospitality or hotel services.
• Service‑oriented, flexible, reliable and a strong team player.
• Experience in intervention management and handling sensitive information.
