Recruiter, International Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter, International Sales to lead talent acquisition initiatives across international markets, focusing on sales and other business‑critical functions. Based in Switzerland and working remotely, you will partner with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies and build strong pipelines of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for international business roles, including Sales, Post‑Sales, Compliance, Marketing and other strategic functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent leadership to define search strategies, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across EMEA and global markets, including talent mapping and market research.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the process to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Use recruiting data, funnel metrics and conversion rates to evaluate and improve search performance.
• Facilitate candidate calibration, structured feedback and efficient interview processes.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows, intake processes, sourcing methods and offer execution.
• Work with People, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to handle international hiring considerations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in international hiring for high‑growth technology companies.
• Strong experience recruiting for Sales, Post‑Sales, Compliance, Marketing and other business‑focused roles.
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent markets and ability to adapt strategies to region, function and candidate profile.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business roles across go‑to‑market, operations, compliance and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
