Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our international team in Switzerland. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and headhunting activities across multiple countries and talent markets.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure structured interview processes, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Provide recruitment guidance and training to interviewers as needed.
• Support hiring for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting sourcing strategies to business needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Proven experience with direct sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and technical terminology.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
