Recruitment Consultant – Legal & Compliance Talent

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Flex Suisse’s Talent Management team in Zurich. The role focuses on building and managing a network of legal and compliance professionals and delivering talent solutions for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with legal and compliance experts.
• Identify, engage and match candidates to client mandates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure structured, efficient recruitment processes.
• Own active client projects and guarantee timely delivery of suitable profiles.
• Maintain high activity levels while preserving quality in candidate selection.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing or within legal/compliance environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on long‑term candidate engagement.
• High ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational abilities to structure workflows and pipelines.
• Native or near‑native fluency in German and English.
• Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
