Relationship Manager – External Asset Managers

About the role

As a Relationship Manager within Swissquote’s External Asset Managers (EAM) business line, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of external asset managers, ensuring high‑quality service, identifying growth opportunities and coordinating internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and develop a portfolio of EAM clients, acting as the main day‑to‑day contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external asset managers and key decision‑makers.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional assets, trading activity, products and services.
• Coordinate client onboarding, account openings and lifecycle activities with Support, BRM, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Prepare pricing proposals, special conditions and commercial offers in line with approval frameworks.
• Monitor business contribution, flag risks and handle client escalations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in relationship management, client advisory or a comparable role within banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of the external asset manager / independent wealth management environment.
• Fluent French and professional English; German is a strong advantage.
