About the role
Join Swissquote, the leading online bank in Switzerland, for a three‑year apprenticeship that gives you an inside look at banking operations. You will rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands‑on experience while being mentored by a dedicated trainer.
Key responsibilities
- Complete 3‑ to 6‑month rotations in teams such as Compliance, Payments, Back‑office, Sales and Customer Service.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks and real projects in each department.
- Participate in specialised banking courses at the CYP (Challenge Your Potential) programme.
- Attend general culture classes at a professional commercial school.
Required profile
- Finished compulsory schooling.
- Fluent French and good English proficiency.
- Motivated, dynamic and willing to learn the banking sector.
