Relationship Manager, Middle East

About the role

The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering the full suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions across the Middle East. Working closely with Investment Managers, you will acquire new clients, grow existing relationships and ensure a holistic, high‑standard client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Increase assets under management and wallet share through business development and relationship management.
• Generate net new assets and revenue on assigned books in an efficient, scalable manner.
• Recommend suitable investment products based on client objectives, risk profile and preferences.
• Review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with investment goals.
• Partner with Investment Managers to discuss financial goals, risk tolerance and market conditions.
• Act as the accountable client owner for AML, KYC and overall compliance.
• Collaborate with coverage, product and support functions to deliver Deutsche Bank’s value proposition.
• Support business growth strategies and participate in client events and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with a background in finance.
• Proven experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management products and investment strategies.
• Ability to balance client service, business development and compliance responsibilities.
