Senior Manager Swiss Payroll Advisory – Tax & Legal

About the role

Deloitte's Global Employer Services team is seeking a senior manager to lead Swiss payroll advisory, helping multinational clients navigate complex tax, legal and payroll requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning payroll compliance into a strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the payroll offering by acquiring and onboarding high‑value clients.
• Provide expert counsel on payroll, social security and individual taxation matters.
• Own client engagements with full autonomy and accountability for success.
• Champion innovation in payroll service delivery and mentor a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in payroll, social security and individual taxation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solution‑oriented, independent working style.
• Leadership experience and a passion for developing teams.
• Fluent English and French or German; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with payroll tools such as Abacus.
• Proficiency with SAP payroll modules.
