Remote Junior Illustrator

About the role

We are looking for a remote junior illustrator to create a cohesive set of isometric drawings of real pinball machines. The artwork will be used as training data for an AI‑driven pinball app, so consistency and clean stylisation are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret photographic references of pinball playfields, cabinets and backboxes.
• Produce 20–30 high‑resolution PNGs and editable source files in a 3/4 isometric view.
• Follow a provided style brief to ensure visual consistency across all illustrations.
• Deliver a paid test piece within 3–5 days and the full set within 1–2 weeks after approval.
• Grant commercial and AI training rights for all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing isometric illustration skills and stylistic consistency.
• Ability to work from photographic references and adhere to a style guide.
• Attention to detail and reliable communication.
• Comfortable granting commercial and AI training rights.
• Interest in pinball machines is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Affinity Designer or similar digital illustration tools.
