Retail Executive

About the role

Dyson is seeking a Retail Executive for the Swiss market to support the Account Management Team in delivering strong execution and sales growth across retail partners. In this junior role you will assist with operational tasks, ensuring Dyson’s commercial plans are implemented accurately both online and in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for sales activities, including sales data preparation, purchase order coordination and internal communication.
• Assist in creating retailer‑specific business reviews, sales presentations and reporting packs for account discussions.
• Contribute to the promotional planning cycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the DACH region.
• Support high‑quality execution of the Dyson brand in online and in‑store environments, ensuring operational excellence.
• Review retailer website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, average order value and sales.
• Participate in occasional face‑to‑face retailer meetings and join calls with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver customer initiatives and maintain alignment with organisational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a sales, key‑account or retail support role, preferably within a premium or high‑end brand.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑driven approach with the ability to translate commercial plans into clear actions.
