Über die Position
Als Sales Advisor bei H&M bist du zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen und trägst aktiv zu einem einzigartigen Einkaufserlebnis bei. Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit (60 % / 24 Stunden pro Woche) im Store Metalli in Zug angesiedelt.
Hauptaufgaben
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung unter Nutzung deines Mode‑ und Produktwissens.
- Sicherstellung einer gut gefüllten und organisierten Verkaufsfläche sowie Lagerhaltung.
Anforderungsprofil
- Mindestens B1‑Niveau in Deutsch für die Kommunikation mit Kund*innen.
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Store‑Technologien.
- Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Teamfähigkeit.
