Über die Position
Als Sales Advisor bei H&M gestaltest du das Kundenerlebnis im Store in Zug aktiv mit und repräsentierst die Marke nach außen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Kunden kompetent zu Mode- und Produktfragen beraten.
- Verkaufsfläche und Lager bestücken, organisieren und sauber halten.
- Im Team zusammenarbeiten, um erstklassigen Service zu bieten.
Anforderungsprofil
- Mindestens B1-Niveau in Deutsch.
- Erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit.
- Kommunikativ, kreativ und lernbereit.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
- Grundlegendes Mode- und Produktwissen.
- Umgang mit Store-Technologien.
