Sales Assistant (Part‑time) at Globus Zurich

About the role

We are looking for a professional and organised Sales Assistant to join our team at Globus Zurich on a part‑time basis (50%). You will support the sales department with administrative tasks, ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including order processing, documentation and record management.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, offering product information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating sales meetings, presentations and client events.
• Manage sales materials, brochures and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service or an administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time‑keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and people skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Professional demeanour and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (desirable).
