Sales Manager Global Solutions

About the role

Coface is looking for a Sales Manager for Global Solutions to expand its portfolio in Switzerland. The role focuses on acquiring new business with large international corporates, strengthening broker relationships, and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy acquisition strategy targeting large multinational accounts and engage senior decision‑makers such as CFOs, Treasurers and Credit Managers.
• Manage complex sales cycles, respond to RFPs, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals with regional and group support.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, IT and Account Management teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop strong relationships with international brokers and market influencers to reinforce Coface’s position.
• Provide regular pipeline reporting and sales activity updates to regional and group management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience selling complex financial or B2B solutions.
• Proven experience working with multinational corporations and finance leadership teams.
• Strong professional network and ability to develop relationships with large companies across industries.
• Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
