SAP Business Transformation & Architecture Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP transformation and architecture professional to lead complex SAP landscape redesigns and large‑scale business transformations for our clients. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT leaders, shaping modern SAP solutions from strategy through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge business and IT at senior level, translating strategic objectives into SAP architecture concepts and roadmaps.
• Assess client technology landscapes, integration points, and process priorities to recommend optimal SAP S/4HANA (RISE/Grow) and SAP Business Technology Platform solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary architecture and delivery teams, providing direction, quality assurance, and escalation management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation across cloud, integration, data, analytics, automation and AI, turning ideas into prototypes and scalable implementations.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, facilitate executive discussions and produce decision‑making materials.
• Support business development activities, including sales cycles, proposal creation and account growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership by creating white papers, blog posts and conference content.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or related field.
• Significant experience in SAP enterprise architecture and S/4HANA transformation, preferably at manager or senior‑manager level.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and manage complex client engagements.
