Security Officer – Data Center (Full‑time)

About the role
Join Protectas Group Switzerland as a Security Officer responsible for safeguarding a high‑tech data centre. You will ensure the safety of personnel, assets and sensitive information while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol the premises and monitor access points.
- Supervise and protect sensitive data and equipment.
- Initiate emergency procedures and evacuations when required.
- Lead a small team of 2‑6 security agents.
- Prepare, review and file incident reports.
- Adjust shift schedules to cover personnel shortages.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the security field.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including night and weekend shifts.
- Fluent German (minimum B1) and strong English (minimum B2) communication skills.
- Valid residence permit and clean criminal record.
Required skills
- Proficient computer skills.
