Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content & Communications Manager to shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem. Based in Switzerland, you will work in a flexible remote environment, driving brand, product marketing, editorial, website, and social media messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve multi‑channel content and communication strategy across brand, product marketing, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, manage communication calendars, and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Create, edit, and optimize high‑quality communication materials while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives for product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, design, SEO, and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements, and drive conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social media efforts, and apply SEO content‑optimization principles.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, AI‑assisted workflows, and innovative storytelling formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, communications, product marketing, or a similar strategic communication role.
• Strong industry knowledge, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Proactive leadership style with a focus on creativity, innovation, and ownership.
