Senior Corporate Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide strategic and operational legal guidance for a fast‑paced technology business based in Switzerland. The role is remote and part‑time, allowing you to work autonomously while influencing legal frameworks across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive legal support for corporate, commercial, regulatory and operational matters.
• Lead intellectual property initiatives, including trademark registration, copyright management and third‑party IP compliance.
• Ensure data‑protection and privacy compliance, covering user consent, privacy policies and handling of under‑age users.
• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain key legal documents such as Terms of Service, EULAs, refund policies, cookie policies and community guidelines.
• Advise on platform compliance, app‑store requirements, subscription models, in‑app purchases and payment‑service provider interactions.
• Support employment matters, including employee/contractor agreements, confidentiality, non‑compete clauses, equity incentive plans and terminations.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, vendor relationships and API integrations.
• Oversee licensing compliance for software components, open‑source technologies, SDKs and third‑party content.
• Provide legal counsel on AI technologies, covering liability, training‑data usage and emerging regulations.
• Assist fundraising activities, investor relations, due‑diligence, term‑sheet reviews and corporate transactions.
• Assess legal risks of new products and initiatives, recommending mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably with a focus on international, corporate or commercial law.
• Significant senior‑level experience as a corporate legal counsel.
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.
