About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping recruitment strategy across the EMEA region. You will lead a large, international talent acquisition function, driving hiring excellence, employer branding, and workforce planning in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the centralized EMEA Talent Acquisition team, overseeing sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and budget ownership.
  • Develop, coach and strengthen a high‑performing TA organization through learning initiatives and capability development programs.
  • Partner with global TA leadership on cross‑regional projects, recruitment transformation initiatives and best‑practice alignment.
  • Oversee optimization and implementation of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems and automation tools.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies, including selection, contract negotiation and cost optimisation.
  • Create and maintain recruitment policies, hiring guidelines and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive employer branding and EVP initiatives across external channels, social media, career events and talent communities.
  • Build innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring quality, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support hiring managers, HR teams and recruiters with effective recruitment methodologies, assessments and selection techniques.
  • Lead early‑career recruitment initiatives and university partnerships to ensure sustainable future talent pipelines.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven senior leadership experience managing large, international TA teams.
  • Strong track record of driving recruitment transformation and employer branding initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
  • Proficiency in recruitment automation tools and analytics.
