Senior Employer Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Employer Creative Designer to lead the visual expression of our employer brand across both internal and external touchpoints. In this role you will shape how the organization is perceived through cohesive design systems, compelling social media creatives, and engaging physical brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve design projects ensuring alignment with brand and employer identity guidelines.
• Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides for consistent visual communication.
• Create visual content for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external channels.
• Design corporate branding assets such as merchandise, event booths, and photo zones.
• Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates and production‑ready assets.
• Analyze creative workflows and propose optimisations to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into strong visual narratives.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to visual quality and consistency.
