Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join BJAK’s fast‑moving creative team. You will shape visual communication across marketing, product, and social channels, turning strategic briefs into high‑impact designs that drive conversion and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads, and short‑form motion content.
• Translate creative briefs into bold, on‑brand, conversion‑driven visuals.
• Collaborate with content, video, and performance‑marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Adapt and optimise visuals based on performance insights and feedback.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Support product marketing with clear, compelling visual communication.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership.
• Obsession with clean design, smooth motion, and sharp typography.
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for exploring new visual directions and iterating based on performance data.
• Stay updated with trends in digital design, motion, and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Figma.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of motion‑design tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for concepting and production.
