Senior HR Manager, Switzerland and France

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to act as the trusted HR Business Partner for our operations in Switzerland and France. You will lead the full employee lifecycle, support business transformation, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee‑relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment for key positions, drive succession planning, and promote employee development and career progression.
• Assist with annual compensation and bonus reviews, advise on market competitiveness, and collaborate with Finance and external providers.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, HR policies, payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Swiss labour law and supporting French employment matters.
• Lead local, regional and global HR projects, champion culture, engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives, and continuously improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in international, matrixed environments.
• Proven HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in employee relations and employment law, with solid knowledge of Swiss labour law; French employment practice exposure is a plus.
• Experience managing organisational change and transformation initiatives.
