About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Nestlé Suisse SA, you will own the development and execution of annual customer plans that align with both business and client strategies. You will drive profitable growth for a portfolio of iconic brands while collaborating across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute customer plans and account strategies that translate business priorities into profitable growth.
  • Deliver agreed customer targets and KPIs by managing sales performance, trade investment and planning accuracy.
  • Ensure execution excellence through clear planning, disciplined checkpoints and timely corrective actions.
  • Accelerate category growth by shaping customer initiatives with marketing and category development, using market insights to win.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with field sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and customer service.
  • Develop trusted customer relationships, share best practices and improve satisfaction over time.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in key account management and customer planning.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills to secure agreements.
  • Deep understanding of category, channel and shopper dynamics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and align priorities.
  • Fluent in German or Swiss German and English; French is a plus.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team.
  • Winning mindset, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
