Senior LMS Strategy & SuccessFactors Governance Consultant (40% Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned LMS strategist to join BELIMO on a part‑time interim basis (40% effort). The role focuses on finalising our global Learning Management System (LMS) strategy, governance framework and operating model for SAP SuccessFactors Learning, while mentoring the newly appointed Global LMS Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Close the gap on an 80% complete LMS Governance framework and deliver a finished, actionable version.
• Architect the global rollout roadmap, stakeholder model and regional‑to‑global governance rules.
• Lead a smooth, remote knowledge transfer with the outgoing US‑based expert.
• Mentor the new Global LMS Manager and support the broader LMS administration community.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in LMS strategy, learning architecture and SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• 3+ years managing global stakeholders and driving change or knowledge transfers.
• Fluent English (mandatory); German is a strong plus.
• Pragmatic, implementation‑focused mindset delivering business‑oriented solutions.
