Senior Product Designer - Growth/Website

About the role

A partner company of Deel is looking for a Senior Product Designer focused on growth and website design, based in Switzerland. The role shapes the digital experience that turns website visitors into potential customers, owning the design and optimization of high-impact web pages and landing pages from concept to launch, with A/B testing and continuous experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and optimization of website pages and landing pages, from problem definition and success metrics to prototyping and A/B test iteration
• Deliver high-quality visual designs and intuitive interfaces while keeping brand consistency and adhering to design systems
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering and analytics teams to turn business objectives into customer-focused solutions
• Create visual and written storytelling for new products, features, launches and promotions
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts and lifecycle marketers to plan, run and evaluate experiments
• Design high-performing landing pages for product and feature launches and oversee design QA for web experiments and launches
• Help raise design quality, strengthen design systems and support a culture of rapid learning and experimentation

Required profile

• At least 8 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of website and landing page projects
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis development, test design and statistical significance
• Experience managing web experiments and product launches from concept through implementation and QA
• Experience building, maintaining and evolving design systems for marketing websites
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams

Required skills

• Excellent UI and visual design skills
• Proficiency in analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior and conversion-focused design
