Senior Project Lead – FX, PM & ETDs e‑Trading (12‑month contract)

About the role

Lead the definition, design and delivery of digital e‑trading capabilities for FX, Precious Metals and Exchange Traded Derivatives across a large consumer base. You will act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technology delivery, ensuring solutions meet client, regulatory and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define requirements, target‑state design and product roadmap for e‑trading services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, including system integration, testing, migration planning and operating model readiness.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations to achieve production readiness.
• Align with Business, Credit, Trading Channels, Pre‑Trade Controls, Regulatory and Order Management teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years delivering trading, execution or capital‑markets transformation initiatives in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of FX/PM, ETDs, e‑trading workflows, order lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end digital product lifecycles, including pilot launches, testing and mass‑rollout.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects in an Agile environment.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
